BidsTada Expert Shipping & Handling

One of the many unique benefits of BidsTada is our professional in-house packing and shipping team. We handle everything very carefully so that your precious item is never at risk. To ensure its safety, our entire warehouse is wired with state of the art security that track your item as it moves from vault to packing center to UPS insured delivery.

Shipping Rates

Because we do our own shipping, our rates reflect both shipping and handling. Our shipping prices do not indicate actual shipping costs. Insurance is included in the price of shipping for every item sold on BidsTada. Because insurance is part of the shipping cost, we cannot combine items to save on shipping costs. Every item is protected independently, and combining them would lose the insurance.

Expedited shipping is available. Shipping to an international address is possible, but additional fees will apply. Contact us for more information.

Pricing Structure

Small Items: $12.95 per item – (IE: Cards, coins, jewelry)

Loose Items: $36.00 – (IE: Baseballs, mini helmets)

Large Loose Items: $64.00 (IE: Full Sized Helmets, Footballs, Basketballs, Baseball Bats, Shoes, Boxing Gloves)

Small Framed Items: $44.00 – Includes items 12″x12″ or smaller

Medium Framed Items: $64.00 -Includes items between 12″x12″ and 30″x30″

Large Framed Items: $84.00 – Includes items up to 50″x50″

Oversized Framed Items: $116.00 – Includes anything larger than 50″x50″

If your item is over $500.00, please add $0.50 for each $100 of your winning bid for handling rates.

BidsTada does not allow will-call items or in person viewing of items. Our warehouse is a secure facility. For security reasons, we do not allow customers to visit, pick up items at the warehouse, or enter to appraise items firsthand. Please note that third party appraisers certify all items before they ever appearing in the online auction.

Please ensure you understand all shipping charges before you place any bids. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pay shipping charges in addition to the actual bid amount.
